Better moms make a better world! We have childcare at our meetings, providing a reprieve for mothers to meet other, like-minded mommies through fellowhip, play dates and outings! We have membership fees of $6 a meeting in order to provide childcare during the meetings.  Your first visit is free in order to see if you enjoy the group.

We are a great group of moms that love to exercise and socialize at the same time. That has expanded to playgroups, outings, story times, crafts and the always fun Ladies Nights Out. You do not have to exercise with us to enjoy any of our events.
